Customers can file a claim directly through their dealer, who will complete it in the dealer portal. Alternatively, customers can visit n2plusdealer.com to fill out the required forms and submit the claim online.
We provide a streamlined process, valve-cap markers, and RO verbiage so your advisors can present and close without friction.

24 Hour Tire Change Service: Service provider will change flat, disabled tire with an inflated spare. If no spare is available towing will be provided.

24 Hour Towing Service: Service provider will tow the registered vehicle, up to 15 miles, to the service destination of your choice at no cost to you. Additional mileage is available and will be negotiated prior to sending service.

24 Hour Emergency Fluid Delivery: Service provider will deliver emergency fluids such as fuel, water, oil or any supplies necessary to send a member’s car on its way. You only pay for the cost of the supplies.

24 Hour Jump-Start Services: Service includes tightening or cleaning of bales, jump-starts, minor adjustments to alternator, etc. If vehicle fails to start towing can be provided.

24 Hour Lock Out Services: If you are accidentally locked out of your vehicle, we will help you gain entry to your locked vehicle.

Theft and Hit & Run Protection: A $500 reward is offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for hit & run damages or stealing your vehicle. Family members are not eligible for this reward.
